Attorney Mitchell C. Green formed Green Mediation based in Los Angeles to create a comfortable non-adversarial forum which facilitates YOU the parties in reaching an amicable resolution of your dispute. After practicing law for over 20 years, Mitch was convinced that engaging in litigation and being subjected to years of court, legal fees, costs and emotional stress– and then to permit a Judge or jury decide your fate was not acceptable. As a result Mitch is now a full-time mediator helping people avoid litigation and enabling them to decide their own fate. Green Mediation assists YOU in reaching your resolution goals and objectives.
In mediation, Mitch works hard to make sure you develop realistic assessments of your positions through detailed analysis of facts and law. Each mediation is custom-designed to address the needs of your case, your client, and all people involved. Every case is different and every client is different. Mitch is committed to providing the proper environment for you to make the best possible decisions about available litigation and settlement options. Inevitably, people coming to mediation with the intent to settle, do settle. Mitch has achieved an outstanding 90% + settlement rate on cases mediated.
Mitch Green has been involved in over 500 mediations and arbitrations.
