Mitchell Green has been a member of the California Sate Bar since 1984. He has been involved in over 500 mediations and arbitrations. His legal practice concentrated on Personal Injury litigation [ plaintiff and defense], Divorce-Family Law, Business litigation including International business and trade and investment loss cases. Mitch has completed the Los Angeles County Bar Associations Dispute Resolution Mediation Program and various dispute resolution courses offer by private institutions. In addition, he is an appointment Arbitrator for the FINRA [formally the NASD, National Assoc. of Securities Dealers] and has held a Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Mr. Green in addition to his law practice has been Vice President, Director of New Business Development for a large international Business Process Outsourcing [BPO] company with offices and facilities in the U.S., Philippines and India. Mr. Green has represented international companies and high technology companies in North America and Asia and has mediated many business and labor disputes.

    Appointed NASD Arbitrator: Presided as arbitrator or chairperson on over 60 hearing sessions. Disputes covered full spectrum of causes of action and claims.
1996-98   Merged firm with Anderson & DeMartini. New firm engages in general civil and business litigation, defense litigation, entertainment law and business affairs.
1999-2006   Law Offices of Mitchell C. Green and Associated with Law Offices of John M. Boyko. Law firm specialized in general civil litigation-plaintiff and defense, family law, real estate and investment loss cases. Formed Green Mediation.
2005-2008   V.P. Director New Business Development for ASEC International a leading business process outsourcing company with facilities in the U.S., Asia and India.
